Reservations
Reservations are deemed to be placed with The Car Spa when the reservation is confirmed either with our staffs or through our official app.
- We will make every effort to complete the Services on time in each instance, but there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control in which case we will complete the Services as soon as reasonably possible. Were serve the right to suspend the Services if we must deal with technical problems, or to make improvements to the Service
- The Car Spa reserves the right to refuse any customer demands above and beyond the booked service.
- The Car Spa will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff funder any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
- Please note that for very dirty interior/exterior vehicles such as heavy mud, heavy amount of pet hair, heavily soiled carpets, an appropriate agreement on additional cost may be required before our technicians start.
- All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk.
Cancellation
- Any adjustment or cancellation should be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking on waxing, sterilization or coating service.
- The Car Spa reserves the right to take full payment on waxing, sterilization or coating service if there is any late cancellation within 24 hours or no-show on the scheduled date without any notification.
Pricing
All prices are listed on our service menu which can be found on our official website. The Car Spa reserves the right to change the pricing without prior notice.
Privacy
Any payment or booking information provided will only be used by The Car Spa and will not be distributed or given to any other organization.
